These Terms of Sale govern the sale of digital guides (ebooks) made on the GlowHer website.
1. Nature of the products
GlowHer exclusively sells digital products in PDF format. No physical product will be shipped.
2. Price and payment
Prices displayed on the site are shown in CFA Francs (FCFA). Payment is due immediately at the time of order. Secure payments are processed through the TalyPay gateway via Mobile Money (MTN Momo, Moov Money) or bank card.
3. Digital delivery and download
As soon as payment is confirmed by the operator, the buyer receives an access link to download their guide. The link is also sent to the email address entered at checkout. Downloads are limited to 5 attempts per order for security reasons.
4. No right of withdrawal
In accordance with regulations on digital content and intangible goods, ebook purchases are final and non-refundable. They cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged once the download has started or the link has been delivered.
5. Intellectual property
All purchased guides are protected by copyright. They are reserved for strictly personal use. Any reproduction, resale, sharing on discussion groups (WhatsApp, Telegram), or unauthorized public distribution is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
